The victim, Brandon Anderson, 26, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives S. Ragsdale and V. Habukiha reported:

Mr. Anderson was in front of an apartment complex at the above address when he was approached by an unknown male. The male then produced a firearm and began shooting at Anderson, striking him multiple times, before fleeing.
