The victim, Jimmy Luna, 34, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Johnson and D. Polite reported:

Officers were advised that Mr. Luna and an unknown suspect got into an altercation. During the disturbance, Luna was shot one time. Paramedics transported him to an area hospital.
At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s) in the shooting.
