The suspect, Mark Anderson (b/m, 33), is charged with murder in the 176th State District Court. A booking photo of Anderson is attached to this news release.
He is accused in the death of his wife, Tiereney Anderson, 34.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Lamont and A. Lopez reported:
Mark Anderson had an altercation with his wife inside the residence at the above address. Both were shot multiple times. Tiereney was pronounced dead at the scene. Paramedics transported her husband to an area hospital in stable condition.
On April 20, Mark Anderson was charged with murder and taken into custody on April 24.
