May 8, 2020 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal crash at 7800 Irvington Boulevard about 1:20 p.m. on Thursday (May 7).
The suspect, Elian Agullion, 18, is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the 337th State District Court. A booking photo of Aguillon is attached to this news release.

The identity of the male victim, 47, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Aguillon was driving a gray Cadillac Escalade at a high rate of speed southbound on Irvington Boulevard when he struck a gray Kia Forte attempting to make a left turn onto Apache Street.
Paramedics pronounced the driver of the Kia deceased at the scene. Aguillon was determined to be intoxicated and was arrested at the scene.
