2 Dead In Houston Plane Crash Near Katy Freeway: Police
A plane crashed south of Katy Freeway in west Houston, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
HOUSTON, TX — Two people died in a plane crash near Katy Freeway on Thursday afternoon, according to the Houston Police Department.
The single-engine plane crashed in a field south of the 17400 block of Katy Freeway in west Houston, according to a tweet from the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The Houston Police Department is responding to the crash near Addicks Reservoir and confirmed two people have died. The Sheriff's Office and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers also are responding.
