Houston Police Investigate Deadly Crash At 10300 East Freeway

October 28, 2019— Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 10300 East Freeway (East Interstate Highway 10) about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday (Oct. 27).

The identity of the male victim, 32, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant R. Gonzales and Officer J. Leon reported:

The victim was driving a black GMC Sierra pickup truck when he lost control of his vehicle and hit the cement barrier. The truck then flipped multiple times and the victim was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No other persons or vehicles were involved in the crash.
