Houston Ranked Among Most Culturally Diverse American Cities
Houston was the only Texas city to crack the top 35.

Houston is ranked as one of the most culturally diverse cities in the U.S., according to a new report from personal-finance website WalletHub. The organization compared more than 500 of the largest U.S. cities across three metrics: ethnoracial diversity, linguistic diversity, and birthplace diversity, Wallethub said in a news release.
The most culturally diverse city in the U.S. was Jersey City, New Jersey, followed by Gaithersburg, Maryland. Houston was ranked 33 behind Lowell, Massachusetts, and in front of New Haven, Connecticut.
