Trio In Truck Flees Shooting To Houston School; 1 Dies
A man was killed in the bed of a truck after a mile-long chase starting at a gas station and ending at a school, according to reports.
HOUSTON, TX — A man was killed on the 6600 block of Winfield Road at approximately 11:25 p.m. Monday, Houston police have confirmed to Patch.
Police are looking for suspects in the incident, which was first reported by KHOU 11. A description of the shooter has not been released.
According to reports, a car full of people fired upon three people in the back of a pickup truck at a Valero gas station in northeast Houston before a chase led to a parking lot at YES Prep North Forest Secondary School. The people in the car again shot at the truck, killing one of the men in the bed. No one else was hurt.
