Hurricane Harvey: Houston Courthouse May Take A Year To Repair

Crews are consistently pumping out water and prosecutors are removing furniture and boxes.

ABC 13 reported that prosecutors and courthouse staff removed boxes and furniture from the building while crews spend the day pumping water out.
