Lady Gaga to Perform at Super Bowl 2017 Halftime Show
The news is finally official.
HOUSTON, TX — After much speculation, Lady Gaga made official the news that she will be performing at the Super Bowl 2017 halftime show.
"It's not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the Super Bowl goes GAGA!" the pop star tweeted Thursday night.

Last week, US Weekly, citing an anonymous source, reported that Gaga would be headlining the halftime show. However, Natalie Ravitz, senior vice president of communications for the NFL, tweeted that no final decision had been made.

However, this time there is no doubt. The official NFL account also tweeted the news.

Gaga is no stranger to the Super Bowl. She sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Coldplay and Beyonce performed at the halftime show.
