In my quest for justice, I have contacted more than a dozen agencies and spoken with hundreds of city employees about everything from directions to business licensing. I regarded what has stricken out openly and about my scenario being in limbo. All conversations were held in public at information desks or in public lobbies. I was never assigned a case as promised by the Los Angeles Mayor's Eric Garcetti's Office, as promised by his office coordinator, Caesar.

I was never allowed or admitted to appointment with either Chief Teresas, despite being a direct fire victim with explicit questions. Neither, for appointment with the commander-on-site for incident, [former] Assistant LAFD Chief, Emile Mack.

I was most always deferred at these administration lobbies and corridors by reception clerks who otherwise provided no additional remedy or assistance that helped vindicate myself of the perpetrators' snowballing unwarranted and illicit felonious criminal acts. Frequently I was told that non-jurisdiction was at issue.
