HOUSTON, TX — If you've noticed an uptick in the number of police and constable patrols in Harris County, then it must be the holidays which means law enforcement agencies all over the Houston area are more vigiliant as they prepare for the last major celebration of 2017.
Over the Christmas weekend, deputies from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office became more visible enacting its annual Holiday Patrol Initiative.

"Your Constable’s and Sheriff’s collaboration allows us to take crime fighting to the next level, thus our community wins the fight on crime," said Constable Mark Herman.
This initiative will operate throughout the New Year, Herman added.
