League City Woman Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges
Woman was exchanging pornographic images through Kik Messenger

LEAGUE CITY, TX -- A League City woman entered a guilty plea in U.S. District Court to receiving child pornography via text messages znmd online messages.
Tracey Lynn Bautista, 46, admitted in court to receiving the images last year and is expected to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge George C. Hanks, Jr. in April.
Bautista was tracked by officials from the Department of Homeland Security and the Precinct 1 Montgomery County Constable’s Office after she allegedly began exchanging pornographic material with a person who’d already been convicted of possessing child pornography.

According to court documents, Bautista received text messages and photos through the popular Kik Messenger application and also provided an image through the application of a topless teenage girl.
