Ravenna, a gated community in Houston by Lovett Homes, was inspired by the picturesque town in Italy known for its mosaics. “These exciting new homesites will be front-facing drive perimeter lots that will offer private rear green space,” said Brad Hermes, of KW Luxury Homes International. “Ravenna is also now featuring three move-in ready showcase homes.”

The showcase homes are traditional two- or three-story homes with first-floor living, three-car garages and unique custom layouts on large estate lots with fenced yards. “Each of the homes will offer the most coveted designer features, such as custom flooring, designer lighting fixtures and state-of-the-art commercial European appliances,” said Hermes.

Hermes also recently announced new plans to begin construction on the final single family homes that will be offered in the Southside Circle community. Furthermore, its amenities center featuring a community cabana, resort pool and recreation lawn are now complete.

Furthermore, Hermes announced that Crain Square by Rohe and Wright, a new community in the heart of Southside Place, has a model and five new homes under construction. “The anticipated completion date is spring 2017,” said Hermes. “Homes will range from 3,500-5,000 square feet, with many floor plans that offer five bedrooms.
