HOUSTON, TX — A man has been charged with murder in the slaying of a Houston-area deputy during a traffic stop early Sunday, according to police.
Houston police are searching for Oscar Rosales, 51, who who is accused the fleeing the area of the shooting in southwest Houston.
Corporal Charles Galloway of the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable's Office was shot multiple times while still in his patrol car after a man got out of the car and fired several rounds, according to authorities.
