Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7958 Glenheath Street

Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male that occurred at 7958 Glenheath Street about 7:05 p.m. on Thursday (October 24).
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Lamont, L. Lange and A. Lopez reported:
HPD patrol officers responding to a shooting call arrived to find the victim lying the front yard of a residence at the above address. He was pronounced deceased by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
Witnesses stated they heard several gunshots coming from the residence and then saw an older model white sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu, leave the driveway. It was occupied by two, possibly Hispanic, males, one of whom was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.
