Suspect Arrested In Houston Following Boy's Death
The shooting happened on March 13 at at 12929 Northwest Freeway.

HOUSTON, TX -- The Houston Police Department has arrested a boy and charged him with killing a 17-year-old March 13. Suspect Gabriel Jesus Rangel, also known as Gabriel Calixto, has been charged with manslaughter, HPD said in a news release.
The shooting happened at 12929 Northwest Freeway (U.S. Highway 290) service road about 11:15 a.m. The victim, Angel Hernandez-Martinez, 17, was found shot in the chest and was reported deceased at the emergency center.
" Witnesses spoke with detectives and claimed the shooting was accidental. Further investigation identified the suspect as Gabriel Jesus Rangel, alias Gabriel Calixto," HPD added.
