Squeeze the Day: Lemonade Dash Launches Summer Dash Series June 6
All ages are invited to Karbach Brewing Company for a high-energy 5K, 10K and 1K packed with summer treats and community fun.

The sweetest run of the summer is back! Houston Running Company (HRC) is kicking off its fan-favorite Summer Dash Series with the 6th annual Lemonade Dash on Saturday, June 6. Nothing beats the “Texas heat” like a celebration of miles, smiles and ice-cold lemonade. Participants can choose from a 5K, 10K or 1K Family Run, making it a refreshing event for all ages and abilities.
A Series That Keeps You Moving (and Hydrated!) :
This is just the beginning. The Summer Dash Series also includes the Popsicle Dash (July 11) and Watermelon Dash (August 8), creating a full season of fruit-fueled fun. And all three events are expanding beyond Houston and heading to Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, too - because this kind of fun can’t be contained. Participants who register for all three Summer Dash events receive 10% off - because loyalty should be rewarded with more miles (and more fun).
Race Day Details You’ll Want to Squeeze In:

The 5K and 10K kick off at 7 a.m., followed by awards at 8:45 a.m. The Kids/Family 1K starts at 9 a.m., and welcomes runners, walkers, beginners and stroller squads alike.
“The Summer Dash Series started as a way to make summer fitness something to look forward to instead of something to survive,” said co-founder Randi Schooley. “It’s grown into a full-on celebration of community, energy and joy - and now we’re thrilled to bring it to even more individuals across Texas.”

More Than a Run - It’s a Cause Worth Toasting:
Proceeds from the event will benefit Ainsley’s Angels Southeast Texas, which promotes inclusion in endurance events for individuals with disabilities, The Asher House Animal Sanctuary, dedicated to rescuing and rehoming animals in need, and LifeGift Organ Donation, which supports the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. Together, these organizations help turn life’s challenges into something a little sweeter - proof that when life gives us lemons, we can always squeeze out hope, inclusion and impact.
