Watch: Texans QB Tom Savage Hands Shake After Hit, Keeps Playing
Houston Texans quarterback Tom Savage took a brutal hit during Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

HOUSTON, TX — Houston Texans quarterback Tom Savage took a brutal hit during Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers — his head bouncing off the ground — and immediately suffered what looked to be a seizure as he lay in the end zone.
After the hit by Elvis Dumervil, Savage's hands started twitching as he rolled on the field. Savage was helped up and taken off the field to be evaluated for a concussion. He was apparently cleared to play though, and returned to the field for a series.
Later, he again tried to run back onto the field, but an assistant coach pulled Savage aside and prevented him from doing so. Backup quarterback T.J. Yates was put in instead.
