What's Happening In Houston This Weekend

HOUSTON, TX — Got weekend plans? This is a weekend you may not need to make plans at all with so many activities happening in Houston, The Woodlands, Cypress, the Heights and Sugar Land.

You can get an early start on your weekend with several events kicking off Thursday night, and make it a great start to your weekend.

Harvey Heroes: Discovery Discussion |Friday, April 27, at 7 p.m.| Discovery Green| Features short testimonials by some of the Houstonians who stepped up to rescue, assist, feed, clothe and shelter those affected by Hurricane Harvey, as well as a presentation by Dr. Stephen Klineberg about Harvey’s impact on Houstonians, as reflected in the 37th Annual Kinder Houston Area Survey. Screen on the Green| Saturday, April 28 at 8:15 p.m.| Enjoy a family-friendly movie at Discovery Green with a view of the downtown Houston skyline during Bank of America's Screen on the Green, a free film series presented by Taquerias Arandas.
