“Home Invasion criminals often attempt to gain entry to a house by pretending to be in distress. We at the Precinct 4 Constable's Office would encourage you to speak to strangers through the closed door, and if needed, contact your local law enforcement if you do not feel safe,” Constable Mark Herman.
