World Series 2017: Astros Fall To The Dodgers 3-1 In Game Six
Astros fall to the Dodgers and hand Justin Verlander his first post-season loss this year.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Dodgers evened the score in the 2017 World Series, beating the Houston Astros 3-1.
The deciding game even happens tonight in Los Angeles, with Astros hurler Lance McCullers taking the mound against the Dodgers Yu Darvish.
The bats were a lot quieter in the game six contest than in the wild game five match, which saw a record 25 runs scored in a 10 inning showdown in Houston.

The Astros got on the board first when George Springer popped a homerun over the right field fence in the 3rd inning.

The Astros held the lead until the 6th inning when Chris Taylor doubled to right field and scored Austin Barnes for the 1-1 tie, followed by a go ahead score by Chase Utley on a sacrifice fly from Corey Seager.
In the seventh inning, it was Joc Pederson’s homer that sealed the deal on game six for the Dodgers.
Astros pitcher Justin Verlander who was undefeated this post-season, recorded his first loss in an Astros uniform.
Tony Watson got the win for the Dodgers, with Kenley Jansen getting the save.
The first pitch for the final game of the World Series happens at 7:20 p.m. CDT.
