This series was birthed as a result of the significant change, loss and different circumstances that has effected the UHD Community in the last two years. To combat the negative impacts of stress and to create a community of healing related to coping with the events these last two years, these “Mindfulness Mondays” sessions invite students, faculty and staff to come together and focus on their well-being while building greater resilience as a community.

“Mindfulness Mondays,” will be held in-person and virtually Monday mornings from 9:15-9:45 a.m. The four consecutive sessions will focus on the theme “Self-Compassion.” Of note, it is not required to attend all sessions
