• Council OKs joining Public Utility Agency (community-news.com) — Hudson Oaks council has voted to join a new Parker County Public Utility Agency, investing $15,000 a year to help secure long-term regional water supplies while its own supply remains stable. Council members also adopted a conservative 2026-27 city budget of about $6.3 million, funding police and public works vehicles, beautification projects, two new positions, and pay increases to stay competitive.
