Atascocita Woman Claims Pantsless Man Followed Her From Gym

ATASCOCITA, TX -- Police are looking for a man who followed a Humble woman home from the gym last week, and exposed himself to her.

The woman told police that she was leaving the gym on Will Clayton Parkway on Thursday, Dec. 15 to pick her son up from school, and noticed a man in a silver compact car following her.

The woman, whose vehicle was a little taller than the compact car, said the man pulled up next to her and she was able to see a bit more than she’d thought.

“...nothing on the bottom - he was naked. Totally," the woman told KPRC. "He wanted me to see what he was doing."

According to court documents, the man, who was not wearing pants, was touching himself as he drove past.

The woman, said she also managed to snap a photo of his vehicle with her phone that included his license plate number, which was provided to the Humble Police Department.

Based on the license plate number the woman provided, police were able to identify the man as James Cordell, who the woman also identified from a photo lineup.

According to court documents, this is the second time that Cordell has exposed himself in public.

Cordell was arrested in October, after being accused of doing the same thing to another woman.

However, that case was dropped because the judge failed to sign the warrant.

Police have been to Cordell’s home and spoken to his father, but has not yet been arrested.

Although Cordell has not been arrested yet, he is facing charges for indecent exposure.
