Global Tubing Shifts HQ To Generation Park
Global Tubing has leased 6,355 square feet of Class A office space on the third floor of 250 Assay St. for its global corporate headquarters

HOUSTON, TX — Officials with McCord Development announced the newest tennant to their Redemption Square Headquarters in Generation Park near Lake Houston.
“We are thrilled to welcome Global Tubing to Generation Park,” Ryan McCord, president of McCord Development said in a press release on Monday.
Generation Park is a 4,000-acre mixed-use development located at the center of the Lake Houston community in northeast Houston. 250 Assay St., a Class A mixed-use office building located in Redemption Square, Generation Park's vibrant lifestyle center, opened in June 2017 and features four floors of office space and one floor of retail.
Global Tubing, LLC, owned by Houston-based Forum Energy Technologies, is a global leader in coiled tubing services and products, with manufacturing operations in Dayton, Texas.

Global Tubing has leased 6,355 square feet of Class A office space on the third floor of 250 Assay St. for its global corporate headquarters. Global Tubing is expected to occupy its new office space at Generation Park in the first quarter of 2018, and joins Apache Industrial Services, which moved its headquarters into 250 Assay St. in 2017.
“We are happy to offer Global Tubing a world-class office space in an institutional setting reflective of its brand,” McCord added. “The move to the Lake Houston region will give Global Tubing employees access to Generation Park’s lifestyle district Redemption Square, great schools, new and established master-planned neighborhoods and an abundance of outdoor recreational activities.”

Generation Park is also home to TechnipFMC’s 173-acre campus, Stolt-Nielsen Limited’s future corporate campus and GHX Industrial’s headquarters and industrial facility at Lockwood Business Park, the development’s 25-acre industrial business park, and has education facilities fro Lone Star College and San Jacinto College under development.
Current leasing opportunities at 250 Assay St. at Generation Park include 11,316 square feet of office space and two retail spaces at 7,677 square feet and 2,725 square feet, respectively.
