Humble City Council approves parade permit, land plat

At the Humble City Council meeting Aug. 23, the council unanimously approved the Knights of Columbus Halloween 5K Fun Run Parade permit application and the route in the neighborhood around St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church.
The Air 59 Commerce Center Development Plat and Extension was also unanimously approved by the council. This is for the more than a 600,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center at the corner of Will Clayton Parkway and U.S. Highway 59. City Manager Jason Stuebe said last week that the developer has not yet disclosed which tenants can be expected.
