Teen Accused Of Pointing Gun At Passing Cars Is Arrested
Police arrest 15-year old boy, who had realistic pellet gun and was found walking toward an Humble ISD elementary school campus

ATASCOCITA, TX -- A 15-year old boy was charged with deadly conduct after witnesses called police and reported he was pointing a gun at passing cars near Oak Forest Elementary School in Humble ISD.
Deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office were called to the intersection of Kings Park Way and FM 1960 east at about 10 a.m. after witnesses said the boy was seen walking toward the school.
Law enforcement officers from the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Texas Department of Public Safety and Humble ISD police also responded to the area.

Oak Forest Elementary School was placed on lockdownas a precaution while police searched for the boy.

Police found the boy in the 19200 block of Kings Park Way, and according to officer he was carrying a black pellet gun in his waistband that appeared realistic.
The boy was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, where he was charged with deadly conduct.
His name was not released.
