Violent Crash In Humble Claims Two Lives

Two were killed with the car they were riding in was t-boned and split in half.

HUMBLE, TX — A collision in Humble Wednesday morning claimed the lives of two people and injured another.

The accident happened at about 2:30 a.m., at the intersection of Wilson road and FM 1960 East.

Investigators said the driver of the SUV traveling south on Wilson Road when he slammed into the side of a Dodge Charger who was traveling east on FM 1960.

The force of the impact sent the Charger into a metal utility pole, splitting the car in half.

Two people inside the car were killed, and the driver of the SUV was taken to an area hospital.

Investigators believe one of the drivers may have run a red light, but investigators have not determined which driver may be responsible.

The case is under investigation.
