• PepsiCo to lease Hutchins warehouse previously rumored to be sold to ICE, mayor says (wfaa.com) — A large Hutchins warehouse once rumored for an ICE detention center has instead been sold to PepsiCo, a move Mayor Mario Vasquez calls a relief for the city. Local officials and residents had strongly opposed any detention use, and leaders now expect the facility to support jobs and economic growth rather than house detainees.
