Here are the top five stories in Irving today:

  1. A 33-year-old man was killed in an Arlington bar early Sunday morning. Police say the man died of gunshot wounds at Diamond Jim's around 12:30 AM. Witnesses say the man who was killed had fired shots toward people at the bar earlier that evening. (NBC DFW)
  2. Local homeowners recently discovered some surprise roommates last week. Residents in Grand Prairie discovered that around 50,000 bees had formed a hive between two floors of the home.
