- An Arlington woman's practical joke didn't go over well at a restaurant in Pennsylvania. State police say Phelecia Nettles was cited for disorderly conduct after she told a waiter she was being kidnapped and asked him to call 9-1-1. Nettles said she initiated the interchange to share the waiter's reaction on TikTok. (Fort Worth Star-Telegram)
