Here are the top stories today in Irving:

  2. Tragic news from Grand Prairie: An eight-year-old was killed on I-20 Saturday morning. The accident, which involved three vehicles, occurred around 9:00 AM. Police say they don't expect any charges to be filed in relation to the incident. (FOX 4 Dallas)
  3. More sad news from our roadways: A 37-year-old man was pronounced dead after an accident at the intersection of North Collins Street and the westbound I-30 service road early Sunday morning. A woman was charged with intoxication manslaughter in relation to the fatal crash. Police have not yet released the name of the victim. (FOX 4 Dallas)
  4. Learn more about an incident involving a woman opening fire on four Dallas officers in the Bishop Arts area over at NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth.
  5. A Plano officer is among those convicted for a counterfeit pill operation out of Highland Park (FOX 4 Dallas).
