City Adds Two Additional Phone Numbers for Senter Park for Warming Center

The City of Irving has opened Senter Park Recreation Center, 901 Senter Road, as a warming center for the public. It will be open 24 hours during the weather event and power outages. Visitors can charge devices and get a bite to eat while there.

Residents in need are encouraged to seek shelter. For assistance in getting to the warming center, call (469) 875-0644, (469) 875-0643 or (972) 721-6448. All visitors are requested to wear face masks and socially distance from other households inside the center.

Warming Center Open at Noon, Monday, Feb. 15

Visitors are encouraged to bring medications, oxygen and PPE/face masks. Dress warmly in layers. Pets are welcome but must remain leashed or in a carrier. Do not bring luggage.
