City of Irving staff members are deep in budget talks, and they invite residents to join the conversation. The Financial Services team and Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) have produced a two-part Budget Roadshow video series that covers topics such as city operations, the tax rate, enterprise funds, debt service and capital projects, to promote understanding and government transparency.

Planning for the city’s Fiscal Year 2021-22 budget is underway, and residents have the opportunity to provide input on the budget online. Resident comments can be made to the City Council on any aspect of the budget including tax rates, fees, programs and services.
