In compliance with the State of Texas Texas Property Tax Code Section 26.16 - also know as SB2, the Texas Property Tax Reform and Transparency Act of 2019 - the City of Irving makes available its proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 budget tax rate notice for public review. A public hearing on the proposed tax rate will be held Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. at Irving City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd.
