City of Irving Phone Lines Down

The City of Irving's phone system is experiencing an outage at all city facilities.

Currently, city facilities and services are experiencing loss of phone service, including:

• City water/utility bill pay-by-phone
• Customer service
• City of Irving department phone lines
• Call menus

However, the following service is operational:

• Irving Municipal Court's pay-by-phone system

This outage affects only City of Irving facilities. At this time, staff is working diligently with the city's phone service provider and does not have an estimated time of service restoration.
