To Whom It May Concern,
I am reaching out on behalf of our family regarding an urgent missing persons case in Carrollton, TX. We are desperately asking for your help in getting the word out to the community.
My son, Sebastian Urzola-Fiol, 35, has been missing since Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 9:29 AM. He was last seen on security camera near Rosemeade &amp; Woodside Rd in Carrollton. He is on foot, has no cash, and his car remains at home.
Sebastian has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and left without his daily medication. This is now the third day he has been missing in May heat without medication or reliable access to water. His condition creates a significant risk that he may be disoriented and unable to seek help on his own.
Physical Description:
<ul><li>35 years old | 5'6" | ~200 lbs | Bald | Black eyes | No facial hair &mdash; may also appear with beard and mustache</li><li>Last seen wearing: white tank top, light blue sweatpants, tennis shoes, over-ear headphones, black watch on left wrist, lanyard with house keys around his neck, backpack</li></ul>
A timestamped security camera image from 9:29 AM on the morning of his disappearance is available upon request.
Sebastian is known to frequently walk the Carrollton Blue &amp; Orange Trail. He is not dangerous &mdash; he is a vulnerable family member who urgently needs to be found.
