The Emergency Operations Center was activated on Saturday, Feb. 13, and the Office of Emergency Management team coordinated citywide response activities. Through incredibly challenging conditions, teams composed of numerous departments opened warming stations, responded to emergencies, sanded streets and coordinated resources.
