Homeowners should call Irving Water Utilities for water- and sewer-related maintenance issues at (972) 721-2281 or (972) 721-2664.

Tips for limiting water use:

  • Flush toilets only when necessary (40% of indoor use).
  • Wait to do laundry (up to 40 gallons per load).
  • Run the dishwasher only with full loads (15 gallons per load).
  • Take very short showers (20% of indoor use).
