Public Hearings Scheduled to Consider New Zoning Land Use Tables

City of Irving

The City's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing 7 p.m. March 1 to discuss the new proposed Residential and Nonresidential Land Use Tables. Residents are encouraged to watch live online at ICTN 2 or on cable TV at:

  • Time Warner Channel 95
  • Verizon Channel 31

Additionally, City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing and consider this item at 7 p.m. March 25.

The City of Irving is in the process of developing a Unified Development Code (UDC). As a next step in the project, the department created the Residential and Nonresidential Land Use Tables to allow users to easily identify the permitted land uses in each zoning district as currently provided in the UDC.
