Residents in single-family homes; multifamily units, including apartments; and mobile home residences can submit a survey. Residents and business owners can pinpoint their address or location for a more accurate result. The survey is available in English and Spanish.

Submitting a survey is not a substitute for reporting damage to an insurance agency and does not guarantee disaster relief assistance.
