Irving: Trash/Recycle Collection During Winter Weather, Hunter Ferrell Landfill

This weekend’s forecast indicates the potential for more inclement weather and temperatures well below freezing. The frigid weather is expected to continue through at least Wednesday. City of Irving Solid Waste Services anticipates that trash and recycling collections in the early part of the week could be delayed, or possibly suspended. Collections will resume as soon as weather permits. Thank you for your patience as we work to keep crews and residents safe.

The Hunter Ferrell Landfill may also close due to inclement weather.
