Happy Monday, people of Irving! Here's everything you need to know going on in Irving today.

First, today's weather:

Mostly sunny and cool. High: 51 Low: 33.

Here are the top five stories in Irving today:

  1. Police from multiple townships convened to search for a missing woman near Mountain Creek Lake on Sunday. The Grand Prairie PD was on site to help look for 25-year-old Yi Chan, who was last seen "in a depressed state" in Desoto on Sunday. The search is set to continue today. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
  2. An accident on I-30 in West Dallas left one person dead and another critically injured on Sunday morning. The accident is said to have occurred just before Loop 12 around 3:30 AM. Officials are investigating the incident. (FOX 4 Dallas)
  3. The weather dealt the Dallas region a doozy last week. See what's in store this week over at the Irving Patch. Expect milder temps, with lows mostly above freezing.
