Good day, neighbors! Ash DeMello here with the Thursday copy of the Irving Metro Daily. There's lots going on today in the area, with plenty of foodie-friendly opportunities: a new Starbucks, lobster at AMLI Los Colinas and a whiskey pairing dinner at Whiskey Cake.

  2. North Texas is a great place to live, play and work for many reasons, but Forbes says it might just get more expensive to enjoy all those amenities in the near future.
