Here are the top five stories in Irving today:
- The City of Irving says COVID testing is now available for free at Parkland Health and Hospital's Amelia Court Clinic (1936 Amelia Court, Dallas). Tests are by appointment only. Click over to the press release to find out other locations in the area.
- School starts back up today for Irving ISD students, and district officials have been busy preparing the way in the face of pandemic challenges. The Insider reports that in an effort to address the uptick in positive COVID cases throughout Dallas County, the district will continue its current safety protocols, including wearing masks, disinfecting and practicing social distancing. COVID-19 testing will be available for free to students.
