• Jacinto City data center plans return after earlier deal falls through (yourhoustonnews.com) — Jacinto City officials say a California developer is now negotiating to turn the former Ardagh Glass plant on Fidelity Street into a large AI data center, despite earlier assurances no such project was coming. Because the privately owned site is already zoned for this use, the city is instead drafting ordinances on noise, light, air, water, and power impacts, and inviting residents to a Sept. 11 town hall at Jacinto City Town Center.
