β’ Keller votes to take legal action against proposed Westlake data center (star-telegram.com) β Keller's City Council has unanimously voted to pursue immediate legal action over the massive Westlake data center planned just 506 feet from Keller backyards and near Ridgeview Elementary. City leaders and residents argue the project threatens neighborhood quality of life and student comfort, and Keller's attorney will join an upcoming court hearing as the city presses for clearer state rules on how close data centers can be to homes.
