• 13 stolen guns recovered following Kirbyville man's arrest (kltv.com) — Law enforcement has tied a Kirbyville resident to a string of stolen firearms, recovering 13 guns so far after an investigation into weapons and drugs found in town on September 20. Deputies arrested 37-year-old Jacob Jones at the Kirbyville Sub-Courthouse on October 1, charging him with theft of a firearm while they continue searching for additional missing guns.
