• Major retailers and restaurants are flooding into this I-35 town (lmtonline.com) — Kyle is set for a wave of new growth, with Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Boot Barn, Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington, and more planning multimillion-dollar locations along I-35 and at Kyle Park. Austin Community College is also expanding its Hays campus in Kyle with a $101 million Healthcare Professions Building, promising more education and job opportunities for residents.
• Cadence McShane Completes Kyle Technology Park Phase I in Kyle, Texas (consupt.com) — A new three-building, 75,000-square-foot Phase I of Kyle Technology Park is now complete at FM 1626 and Plum Creek Meadows, bringing fresh warehouse and flex space options to Kyle businesses. The master-planned park could eventually grow to 11 buildings and 300,000 square feet, supporting more jobs, industrial users, and commercial activity right in the community.
